Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy (for made-to-order articles)

Our garments on a made-to-order basis are specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same, which has to be generated by your end.

Exchange Policy (only on ready to ship articles)

only store credit is applicable, no returns 

  • We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We have to receive the package within 7 days of delivery. 
  • You can always WhatsApp us for any return/exchange query at +91 from Monday to Saturday, between 12:00pm to 6:00 PM. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. 
  • We will not exchange/return any item that we were not notified about. There will be only one exchange. 
  • There will be no exchange on sale items or items bought during a site-wide sale

Missing or Damaged Items

  • Report: If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Proof: Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
  • Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. 

Our general delivery time frame is 5-7 business days for ready to ship products. You will receive your order within this time frame.

In case of returns/exchanges, we are unable to provide a return-pickup, the clients have to generate the reverse couriers at their end, for either of the cases. 

Many of our products are made on order, where we can take up to 15-20 business days for delivery.Â
